My best friend took these amazing pictures. How BEAUTIFUL is LA? I LOVE IT!

See, basically I CANNOT get enough of this amazing city. I honestly think it is THE best place to live. I would not want to live anywhere else (permanently) although I would consider a few places(Maldives is like heaven). I love the weather, the shopping, the people, the places, EVERYTHING, JUST EVERYTHING about LA. This is where i grew up and where I call home. Born in the 90’s, my amazing childhood consisted of Spice Girls, Clueless, Disney Channel (yes i’m talking Lizzie McGuire, Zenon, Halloween town, Quints, the good stuff, just to name a few) which I really believe shaped me as a person. Oh and Brit Brit, we can’t forget Miss Spears. No matter what, I will always love her. Now I know what you’re thinking. Where is this going? Good question. I’m not sure. Oh yes, Fashion. So my childhood is pretty irrelevant, considering my embarrassing lack of style back then, which I am not going to get into, which THANK GOD I grew out of, growing up in LA, over the years, I developed personal style and a love for fashion which has made me so so poor (why are clothes soooooooooo expensive????). Anyways, I do not think of myself as a Fashionista or a Trend setter but none the less I love playing around with fashion and taking risks. I love having my own style and being able to express myself through fashion.  All I know is what I like and what I dislike, and to me that’s more than enough. That’s the great thing about fashion. There’s no right or wrong, no rules, no guidelines, you can be as creative as you want, and have fun with it.

I am currently in my senior year studying in Tokyo, Japan. I truly love Tokyo and its GREAT shopping but as you can imagine Tokyo is very very VERY different from LA.

Because of my certain backgrounds and experiences living abroad, I feel that I have developed a natural flare for LA fashion, and a sort of insider advantage from connections that I have maintained over the years. Because LA fashion has become so popular in Japan over the years, just as I had hoped, I decided to start a blog for those in Japan who love LA and the fashion in LA, just like me.  I created this blog to share my personal style and love for fashion in hopes to inspire others, just as others have inspired me.

私にとってファッションとは自分を表す一つの道具です。ファッショには正解不正解などなく、自分が好きなものは好き、着ていてハッピーな気分になれればいい、ただそれだけです。ファッションは自分のためのもの、だから皆様ファッションを楽しみましょ。自分が着たいものを着てそして常に自分に自信を持って楽しくハッピーでいてください。
